Peter Sweet presents "Expressive Masks with Peter Sweet"

This six-day workshop invites performers to explore the rich world of masks beyond the neutral mask. Held at Circus Schatzinsel in Kreuzberg, the training runs daily from 10:00–18:00 and is facilitated by physical theatre artist Peter Sweet.

Workshop highlights

Larval masks: discover how oversized features and simplified expressions can amplify your physical choices.

Full and half masks: build characters from external forms and learn to speak with your body while the mask remains silent.

Transformations: practice turning objects and people into grotesque and poetic masks, expanding your clowning vocabulary.

This intensive is taught in English with German translation available. All levels of experience are welcome.
