If you check the newsletter subscription box during submission, your email will also be added to our newsletter list with your consent.

8. Profile Submissions

When you submit an artist, teacher, or organizer profile, the information you provide may be published on a public profile page after review. This can include the public profile name, biography, city, disciplines, languages, booking status, public contact links, and uploaded profile images.

We process profile submissions on the basis of your consent and your request to be listed in the Berlin Clowns profile directory (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The submitter email is used internally for review questions and removal or correction requests. It is not published unless you also provide it as a public contact email.

You can request correction or removal of a profile by emailing [email protected]. We aim to complete profile removal requests within 7 days after verifying the request. Removal deletes the profile markdown and uploaded profile images from the active server-side storage.

If a third party requests removal or correction of a profile, we may ask for additional information to verify that they are authorized to act for the person shown or described. By submitting photos or likenesses of another person, you confirm that you have permission to publish them on Berlin Clowns.

After removal from Berlin Clowns, search engines, social previews, browser caches, and third-party archives may temporarily retain copies outside our control. We can update or remove our own pages, but we cannot directly erase independent third-party caches.
