🌀 Guided Nonsense — a creative play practice to awaken your inner fool We are highly competent adults. But many of us have forgotten how to play. Not perform. Not impress. Play.

Every few weeks, a small group of humans gathers to shake off the day through movement, games, and improvisation — guided by Kat & Lucy, theater performers with a soft spot for silliness. No prior experience needed. Just you, some warm socks, and a willingness to be ridiculous together.

Here’s what a session looks like: 🫁 Warm-up to arrive in your body 🤸 Playful physical games (think: eye contact, rhythm, weirdness) 🎭 Improvisation: not to be funny, but to be present 🌿 A gentle closing to land back in yourself
